DAVID BOOTH
MRSS CONTEMPORARY GALLERY
Creating your bespoke original artwork
Lets get started
You can either start with a call David on 07577 450093 or email info@davidboothmrss.com to make contact and we can begin discussing your commission so that David can understand your requirements and budget. Then what is best is that we set up an appointment to meet and have a further face to face at the gallery so that you can come into the gallery.
You need to have a theme, idea of material/medium, size, budget and timescale. This is so we can discuss your requirements and your budget, from which I can formulate some ideas to work on. Sometimes I may already have commissions in the diary. I will be able to tell you if I am available and what is possible. If the project is a site-specific installation, a visit to the proposed site, preferably with the client, is required which allows me to appreciate the surroundings and scale. This will help me to refine my plans for the commission with the client, ensure any site limitations are being considered and carry out risk assessment. A non-returnable fee will be charged to cover travel expenses if site visit is needed.
What next
David will provide an outline proposal so the planned design can be visualised, discussed with yourself and agreed. This will also contain costing and schedule for completion, delivery and installation.
So the commission can begin
When you want to go ahead with the commission a non-returnable deposit, usually between 30-50%, is agreed with yourself which is required on acceptance of the proposal. All this will be provided in writing by email so that work can begin on creating the commissioned work and will detail the agreed work.
Progress on the commission will be communicated during the process with images.
When the work is completed you will be able to see the finished piece.
Your bespoke artwork

Agreed Final payment will then be required before delivery of your bespoke artwork.
