David Booth is a Fine Artist and Member of the Royal Society of Sculptors (MRSS). The 'MRSS' is the professional accreditation letters awarded as Member of Royal Society of Sculptors. MRSS is awarded to established, national or international, professional artists whose work adds to the language of sculpture and have demonstrated a high level of expertise, experience, and contemporary understanding. The Royal Society of Sculptors was first awarded royal patronage in 1911 when it was recognised for its services to the art of sculpture. The Society has been privileged to enjoy the patronage of the reigning monarch and following a review of Patronages to mark the first anniversary of His Majesty’s Coronation, His Majesty King Charles III has accepted Patronage of the Society.
Booth has a broad contemporary practice which includes sculptures, installations, ceramics, paintings, photographs and digital artwork. He is proud to have worked with many arts organisations, curators; He has exhibited in art-fairs nationally and has UK and international collectors. He has exhibited at arts festivals, on sculpture trails, galleries and most recently been selected by ECC curators to exhibit in Venice Biennial 2021.
